nuCaffeine is an SBH Labs brand. SBH Labs ships within the US via USPS and UPS. Free economy shipping is offered on all orders. You can choose an expedited service at your cost. SBH Labs ships within Canada using a Standard ship option fot a flat rate.

Shipping can take 2-7 days depending on location. The typical shipping time is 2-3 days. Transit times exclude Saturday and Sundays and Federal holidays. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.

RETURN POLICY

SBH Labs offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not 100% satisfied with our product, reach out to our customer service within 30 days of purchase. If your product needs to be returned, we’ll send you the return label.

Your refund may take up to 7 business days – depending on your bank – once it’s been processed. Your refund is sent through your original form of payment.
